+How much does SWS CDN cost?
Standard is $5 a month (1 GB, 10 buckets) and Enterprise is $20 a month (100 GB, unlimited buckets). Bills are issued monthly in the CDN console.
+Where do my users get file links from?
From your backend. Your backend checks the user may see a file, then asks the CDN for a presigned link and gives it to the browser. The API key never leaves your server.
+How long does a presigned link last?
5 minutes by default, and up to 60 minutes. After that it returns 410 Gone and your backend requests a new one. Store the objectKey in your database, not the link.
+Can I serve files publicly?
Yes. Files in a public bucket have a permanent URL anyone can open, which suits logos and product images.
+Which languages are supported?
Any language that can make HTTPS requests. Official SDKs are available for .NET, Python and Node.js, and the documentation has examples for each.
+Can I recover a deleted file?
Yes. Deleted files go to the trash and can be restored from the console or the API.
+How do I try the API quickly?
Download the Postman collection, add your API key and bucket, and run "Who am I" followed by "Upload File".
